Refund policy
Purchases can be exchanged for a store credit, issued in gift card form, if exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The value excludes postage fees where applicable and gift card will be activated once the jewellery item has been received and inspected. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If an item has been ordered in an incorrect size, we will happily exchange it for another size subject to availability. Jewellery will not be accepted for exchange and credit if it is damaged or has been worn. We do not accept refunds.
Afterpay sales are final. Refunds will not be processed under any circumstances, for any purchases made using Afterpay. This includes but is not limited to preorder purchases.
Resized, custom jewellery and made-to-order bespoke pieces are final sale and ineligible for exchange.
Your item is eligible for an exchange if it meets the following criteria:
It is not customised, altered or a bespoke The Love Alchemy Jewels piece
The item is returned in its original condition; unworn, undamaged and in original packaging
It is returned within the specified 14-day timeframe from delivery date
The item is returned without any damage, in original packaging at the client’s cost
The Love Alchemy Jewels will confirm an exchange upon inspection of the received item. Should any of the above criteria not be met, we have the right to refuse the exchange and arrange a return at the customer’s expense.
