Whilst every care has been taken to describe products as accurately as possible, there may be small variations owing to the fact that we use organic shaped freshwater pearls, natural gemstones in our designs and some of our jewellery pieces are handmade by a local Jewellery not machine made. The colours of precious metal may vary slightly from those seen on your screen as screen brightness, density and depth of your screen may vary from the actual product. All precious stones used by The Love Alchemy are natural stones which may naturally vary in colour and shade. Prices for all products are subject to change given the international price of gold and precious stones.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Afterpay. We are an Australian company and all payments shall be in AUD. GST is added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time.

All payments relating to website stock must be finalised on The Love Alchemy Jewels website. For bespoke makes, you are welcome to make payments via a direct bank transfer into our account. Please call or email us if you would like to proceed with this option.

Please ensure you provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website.  If your details change, please promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We take no responsibility for items that are either shipped via post or delivered via courier to an incorrect address due to incorrect address input. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing.

Our mission is to provide quality pieces of jewellery to our clients that will last forever. We endeavour to check all of our pieces before they are dispatched however rarely manufacturing faults can happen.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please get in touch with us immediately to notify us of the fault. After a careful assessment by a team member, we will advise you of next steps.

Please ensure each jewellery piece being returned, is packaged safely, in original packaging, to avoid damage during transit. Please note that general wear and tear due to normal wear is not considered a fault.

We care about data privacy and security. The Love Alchemy Jewels may collect personal information from you at various points throughout the website visit, to finalise your purchase and ship goods to you. The information collected through our website remains the sole property of The Love Alchemy Jewels Pty Ltd and will not be sold to or shared with any other organisation or third party.

When you place an order through the website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Love Alchemy Jewels Pty Ltd does not store credit card information. All payments are processed via our website which is hosted by Shopify.
