Our Australia Wide Shipping service brings pieces you love direct to your door. *For all purchases $300 and over we include complimentary express shippping. All other purchases under $300 include complimentary standard shipping or express shipping for an additional $10.

Purchases made prior to 2pm AWST will be dispatched the following business day for items in stock. For example:

A purchase ordered on a Friday at 10am AWST will be dispatched on the following Monday (provided it is not a Public Holiday)

A purchase ordered on a Friday at 5pm AWST will be dispatched on the following Tuesday

Once an item is dispatched, customers will be notified of the parcel logistics. For express post we use Australia Post. The Love Alchemy Jewels Pty Ltd will not replace or refund parcels that have been scanned as delivered and signed for. Please note that once an item has been shipped, The Love Alchemy Jewels Pty Ltd cannot change a delivery address.

For Perth (Western Australia) orders, our Next Day Delivery service is available for selected Perth suburbs and available for all purchases starting from $29. Purchases made before 2pm AWST qualify for the next day delivery. These purchases will be delivered between 9am and 5pm the following business day. Clients will need to provide an address where the item will be signed for. No parcels will be left unattended.  A workplace or home residence is recommended. Please note for Next Day deliveries, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A redelivery fee of $49 will be charged if the recipient address is unoccupied.
